Your personalized Carpet/Upholstery cleaning professionals. We may use the same high power truck mounted equipment as the "other guys", but we handle things much differently in your home. All areas start at only $25 each which includes a Super Hot Steam Clean and Rinse. For heavily soiled or high traffic areas, you can choose to add one of our cleaning packages (Wood - Water - Fire) to ensure that specific area gets the extra attention it needs. This helps keep your cost down by concentrating extra services to individualized areas rather than the whole house (like the other guys do). All services are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. All of our staff are also IICRC certified (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) and have years of experience in the cleaning industry.

Tony was fantastic! He was very quick to respond to all questions. He had excellent pricing, was on time, efficient and did a wonderful job on our furniture and carpet. We had multiple stains from a sick pet and general use. When he was finished, the was no lingering pet odor like we have had before, the cleaned areas were not soaking wet and the entire house smells simply fresh...not an overwhelming perfume cover up smell. We will be calling on Carpet Karma and Tony for all future carpet and furniture cleaning.

I hired them to do a deep clean on my house prior to listing it for sale. Their customer service is INCREDIBLE. They absolutely care about each of their customers and respond to their needs. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the first cleaning wasn't done so well, BUT, it was a personnel issue that they have since remedied--I do not anticipate issues in the future. Tony did a great job cleaning the upholstery and Katie was a pleasure to work with. I will be using them again in the future!

Was honest, upfront, and reasonably price. Liked that there was no hidden fees, or after the fact charges. Did a great job with our move out carpet cleaning. (My Childrens room was gross, but it looked a lot better when he was done!) would use again for sure.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All areas start at only $25 each (including flights of steps) which includes a Super Hot Steam Clean and Rinse. For heavily soiled or high traffic areas, you can choose to add one of our cleaning packages (Wood - Water - Fire) to ensure that specific area gets the extra attention it needs. Packages are only $15-$35 for each area needed. These packages can include pet stain treatment, deodorization, disinfecting, schotchgard protection treatment and deep penetrating pre-treatment for heavily soiled areas. We consider an area to be up to 200 sqft.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always walk through and examine the areas needing to be cleaned with the customer, while explaining exactly what kind of treatment needs to be done as well as giving them a reasonable idea of what to expect after the cleaning is finished. A price is agreed upon BEFORE any work is done and there are no hidden fees.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC certified (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) in Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
