Your personalized Carpet/Upholstery cleaning professionals. We may use the same high power truck mounted equipment as the "other guys", but we handle things much differently in your home. All areas start at only $25 each which includes a Super Hot Steam Clean and Rinse. For heavily soiled or high traffic areas, you can choose to add one of our cleaning packages (Wood - Water - Fire) to ensure that specific area gets the extra attention it needs. This helps keep your cost down by concentrating extra services to individualized areas rather than the whole house (like the other guys do). All services are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. All of our staff are also IICRC certified (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) and have years of experience in the cleaning industry.

Tony and his crew were a pleasure to work with! They were able to come out the next day after I contacted them. They cleaned my couches and area rug and not a spot of dog hair was left behind! I am very very pleased with the final result!

Tony was here promptly at 8:00 a.m. despite the awful weather we are having. He cleaned all areas I submitted for my project for a fair price. All areas are cleaned and deodorized and I am more than pleased! Will definitely call them again!

Tony was lovely to work with. His communication was terrific. I had some rather specific requests and concerns about the upholstery fabric we were having cleaned. Tony's response and direction was thoughtful. His pricing was quite fair. He was right on time for his appointment, and the result was very good. We'll be hiring Carpet Karma again in the next few weeks to clean the carpeting.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All areas start at only $25 each (including flights of steps) which includes a Super Hot Steam Clean and Rinse. For heavily soiled or high traffic areas, you can choose to add one of our cleaning packages (Wood - Water - Fire) to ensure that specific area gets the extra attention it needs. Packages are only $15-$35 for each area needed. These packages can include pet stain treatment, deodorization, disinfecting, schotchgard protection treatment and deep penetrating pre-treatment for heavily soiled areas. We consider an area to be up to 200 sqft.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always walk through and examine the areas needing to be cleaned with the customer, while explaining exactly what kind of treatment needs to be done as well as giving them a reasonable idea of what to expect after the cleaning is finished. A price is agreed upon BEFORE any work is done and there are no hidden fees.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC certified (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) in Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
