Nick and Top Notch Construction had the flexibility to tailor the roofing contract to the property owner's needs and requests. The work was performed in a timely manner. The estimate was very much within market reason, and his crews could communicate in English with other contractors on site and with the tenants of the property. There was not damage to flower gardens and other vegetation. Well done.

Nick was incredibly helpful throughout the entire project. We had several quotes and none were close in comparison relative to quality vs. cost as Top Notch. I will recommend Nick and his crew to everyone looking to have a new roof. Nick was available to me with every question along the way, responded immediately. The crew was careful not to damage the surroundings of my over 2000 plants that a I have been growing for 24 years. Great job, not one complaint! My new roof is beautiful!

I had a new roof put on. Nick contacted me promptly and made an appt. to come out and look at the roof. He got on the roof and checked it out, then provided a quote while he was on site and he left single samples. I made the decision to proceed - selected which shingle I wanted, texted Nick on a Thursday and the roof was completed the following Monday. All in one day, the roof looks great. I am completely impressed, Nick exceeded my expectations. Great job, very professional and I would highly recommend!!!

Nick and his crew were hands on thru the whole reroof of our apt. bldg.All those guys were very hard-working and super nice! I am very fussy on workmanship and can say that they are truly TOP NOTCH! would recommend 100%
