I needed a roof replacement but I didn't want just anyone to do it so after hours of research on roofing companies and shingles I decided to hire Top Notch. All the research paid off as Nick and his crew put on the best looking roof I've ever had on any house. The high grade product he used, which he upgraded for me at no extra cost, have a lifetime warranty which means I won't have to worry when the next hail storm hits. The whole process was so stress free and quick that I was pretty amazed. Along with my home, I have a three car garage and an addition and from start to finish, the roof was done in 7 hours. The crew went above and beyond as well as they saw my gutters were clogged so they cleaned them out while they were up there.
Nick took care of everything and did everything he said he would and when he said it would be done. No waiting hours or days for responses fro him either. Every time I contacted him, he was there or got back to me within minutes. He even found additional hail damage that the insurance claims people didn't see. He will be submitting that to my insurance company as well.
All in all I couldn't be more impressed with the completed project and would recommend Nick and Top Notch to anyone.

Nick and his crew did a wonderful job for us! We had a roof tear off & replacement on a large house & two car garage. Nick was very responsive any time we called. If he was unable to answer, he always called back within 30 minutes. The crew showed up when they said they'd be there. They were hard workers & really nice guys. We were worried that they wouldn't be able to finish before the weather turned bad but not only did they finish on time but they cleaned up everything beautifully. We will be hiring Top Notch Construction for future projects and highly recommend that you do the same!

JUST FANTASTIC!! That's how I would describe my experience and the output from Nick and his boys from Top Notch.
We were hit by hail, and siding and roofing needed to be replaced. I initially was bombarded by very pushy salespeople from a bunch of exterior firms (storm chasers), and after much research on I settled on Nick.
Nick came out and he did a great job helping me understand the claims process, the work involved, timing, and overall, what to expect from him.
He runs a boutique shop and was able to come out and deliver on his promise. I was the first to get my roof repaired and it is just beautifully done.
I will absolutely use Nick for other projects coming up - A 4 seasons porch, and I highly recommend him to anybody. You will be comfortable leaving your home his very able hands. 6 STARS!! if there's such a thing :)

Nick was great to work with! He was very responsive and timely in his work! He was very competitive in his pricing and his team did a great job on our roof. We definitely would hire Top Notch again and recommend them to our friends. We hired him Monday and he had our roof done by Thursday of the same week! Pretty amazing turn around! Thanks Top Notch!

It is always an arduous task to find, and hire someone to take care of large home improvement tasks; however, thus was not the case when I reached out to Top Notch Construction to replace my roof. I was so pleased with how efficiently, and seamlessly Nick Bartyzal approached the complex undertaking of construction from immediate email returns, answering insurance questions, setting up and completing estimates, and his willingness to get my job on his calendar with such speed. This value to initiative, accountability, and hard work was evident when he and his team showed up on the job and worked cohesively together to get the work done to expectations, and with warmth. This is a superb company to do business with, and is one I would strongly recommend.
