- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I may be a little on the higher side but I do come with experience and am very thorough in what I do. I provide exceptional customer care and will not disappoint. I also provide my own cleaning products that are eco safe and pet and child friendly. I do offer discount pricing on repeat customers or additional add on's.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically will talk with you over the phone and see what kind of services you are looking for and and establish whether or not if I can help you. The next step would be scheduling a time to come out to your home and look at the job and talk with you to get a thorough understanding of what you are wanting done, explaining to you what I can and will do to get the job done and make the customer happy. Communication is key! We can also discuss different pricing for certain jobs and discounts that I do offer. I am more then willing to work with the customer and come to an agreement, not everything is written in stone and and every job is different. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a mother of 4 for 30 years and that has come with a lot of cleaning and experience. I also have worked as a housekeeper and currently have the honor of cleaning a beautiful Air bnb called the Chapel House near Detroit Lakes.
