- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates are variable and are open to discussion and negotiation from customer. We want to make people happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to find out what types of cleaning needs they may have. We can offer cleaning for weekly, monthly, seasonal, deep cleaning. Customers have preferred checklists which we welcome. We offer the customer as much time as they need free of charge discussing their current needs and wishes for a relationship with our cleaning services. We welcome all customer ideas for their home care needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Military trained as a medic x 8 years and USAF Academy cadet. Masters in Nursing science. Bachelors in Psychology. Bachelors in Lab sciences.
