Plugz responded to me less than 1/2 hour after I reached out to them. I was offered a choice of appointment times that were extremely reasonable timeframe. Cameron was on time. He answered all of my questions, completed the installation perfectly & was friendly, respectful & knowledgeable. I will ask for him for future needs. It was a great experience for me!

parker was amazing! was absolutely shocked by how much we were charged to move an outlet on our wall for a tv we mounted. wishing we would have been given a quote before parker arrived so i could have shopped around.

Cameron was very responsive and got the work on time. Came back to fix a wire that came loose the next day. Was very responsive after first reporting the issue.

    One of our customer service representatives will assist you with scheduling and request any additional information that may be needed for us to best help you with your project. Once the appointment is scheduled, you will receive a text message confirming the date and time of our visit.
