I could write the entire ugly story, but I won't. I will just say that I had I shopped the "Big Guys"...AKA...Carpet Kong...they were deceptive about their prices and they were high...The little cartoon guy with the glasses, sold me a floor and gladly took my money. They then scheduled the install. I did a COMPLETE tear up of the old carpet, which took me 4 days. Their unprofessional contractors showed up and then said the floor was not good enough. They simply said bye, bye...call that "Empire Guy" "who we really don't actually work for anyway". The salesman then called me and said he could do the entire deal in carpet for the same price...what a guy...we shopped a floor in laminate or luxury vinyl. It took two weeks to get my money back! Cardinal Carpet contacted me through "Thumbtack". They said they could handle my "problem job". They then asked to set an appointment and said they "could" definitely help me get my floor done. The owner, Sarah Bishop is extremely impressive and really cares about her customers. She took a video of my floor, shared it with her top installer (32 years) and he then he came to my home and consulted with me about exactly would be done. Bottom-line...they leveled the floor and did it right at a great price. They then installed a Luxury Vinyl floor in my dining room, entryway , hallway and kitchen. They also worked with me to layout our Townhome a little differently by putting carpet in the living room and on the entry stairs. Their price was perfect and the VALUE was GREAT. We ended up getting the stairs and kitchen floor in addition to living room, dining room, entryway and hallway. We got ALL these areas installed with new flooring for the same price that the "Big Guys" were charging minus the kitchen and stairs! If you try going to shop the Big Guys for their "So Called Deals", you'll be treated like a number and they simply don't deliver. I was in a bind and Cardinal came through. Last...you'll get Brian one of the best floor contractors I have ever met. He is professional, personable and installs your floors like he would do his own. He is a "Real Pro"c They all care at Cardinal Carpetcare. I found them by accident and I am lucky I did. Great Job! Give them a try and save yourself some time, money and hassle.

I am thrilled with my clean floors! These vinyl tiles were such a mess, that I really had no hope of them ever looking good. I tried to cover them up with rugs, but now I don't want any rugs – I just want to show them off! Sarah was punctual to the minute, and that's important to me. Sarah was able to repair tiles and also install a floor border. In addition, she installed threshold pieces and repaired a carpet area. These were things I thought I would need to hire someone else to do, but she was able to do it all - a great value. Once again, I am very, very happy with the results.
