- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing will match if not beat any big box company and most "mom and pop" shops. By wanting to make on-site repairs and support more affordable to everyone, we made tech support a more comfortable service for clients to enjoy. We have been called the "Doordash" of Tech support! If you are within our immediate service area and the service you need can be performed on-site, instead of leaving your computer at a shop and trusting they perform the work they said they would, you get to see the work be performed right in front of you. No gimmicks! If we are unable to repair it on-site then we will pickup the device or ship it to us (No additional cost), repair it, and bring it back to you or ship it back! This is how we make you live smarter, not harder. We also offer specially curated memberships that allow you to have more affordable, and continuous support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the client books using our online-booking tool, they will receive an email with what they requested. The Client will then need to call us as it says in the email, to continue the service. If the client reaches out via social media, email, call or other source of contact, we would first request as many details of the issue as possible. After collecting those details, we may try a few troubleshooting techniques before officially making an appointment. If an appointment is required, we will gather some personal information and enter them into our system. they will then receive 1-2 emails depending on and regarding the service they requested. The client is required to pay for the service before the service begins. We offer a 60-day service warranty, a limited lifetime parts warranty, and a completion guarantee. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Thomas received his Comp TIA A+ certification through his high-school. He has had 4 years of school experience, 3 years of experience from Staples, and countless hours helping his friends and family. He is always willing to learn and improve himself so that he can help others that may need it. If he doesn't know the answer to your question, he will do the research to learn about your specific situation and provide honest feedback based on his research.
