So far I just had the consult with Ryan. He answered all my questions and gave me great advice. I was so impressed I am having my sidewalk slab replaced also.

Creative Concepts Contractors replaced our concrete stoop, stairs, and path. They worked with us on our specific requests, and gave us a beautiful finished product. Ryan and the crew were excellent at communicating with us about the status of the project and any issues they ran into. I knew what was being worked on and when throughout the whole project.
Overall, we are very please with the finished product and the professionalism and responsiveness of all involved.

Ryan did a great job on our patio and stoop! He even came out a couple times by himself to assure the project would get done on time. The pricing was the best we found and the quality is amazing! They were very unobtrusive to the yard, especially compared to what some of the other contractors said they'd need to do. Ryan and his crew used a wheel barrow to bring everything into our backyard while other companies said we'd have to rip out our fence so they could get a bobcat back there. We are very happy with our decision and enjoying our patio every chance we get!

I am writing to express my sincere thank you for the final results on my stamped concrete front entry walkway. It adds a great deal to the appearance of my house, and the colors selected \ applied for main walkway and borders were exceptional. After the concrete was installed, I had the front siding of the house replaced and the colors matched perfectly. I wanted to thank you for ensuring that the quality product promised is what Creative Concepts delivered.

Mike and the guys at Creative Concepts did a great job for me. They gave an accurate quote, kept me up to date on progress, and delivered a great result; even allowing for input into the process and finished product. They also went the extra mile to insure that other small issues they discovered as they completed their work were addressed. As a result, not only would I consider using them again but others in my neighborhood were impressed enough with their work that they will likely get additional business. If I am asked by anyone I would definitely recommend them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know the customer and build a relationship. We try to inform them as much as possible and give them a visual what they can expect when we do a project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend annual workshops from various companies, such as Bachman's, Cemstone, EliteCrete and Surface 519/ Buddy Rhodes.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure when you are getting your bids that the companies are bidding the project with the same quality of materials and design. Also pick the company you can trust.
