Manuel was responsive with regular communication. He and his crew worked long hard hours weeding, clearing out dead plant material and 20-30 weed trees. The weed trees had to be dug out not pulled. When my neighbor saw the results he said “I almost fell over the railing”. From overgrown mess to cleared. Manuel was fair to deal with and responsive when I suggested changes.
