I practice a holistic approach to lawn care and use electric tools when possible (which are fume-free and much quieter than gas). What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide affordable pricing for all services. Some services, such as tree removal can be costly regardless; I provide payment plan options for more costly projects. Military discount with valid ID 10%.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most estimates are easily done by providing an address to review online, but I can also use a picture of the project or drive by/visit the property. Once an estimate is agreed to, we schedule the best time for service. Upon arrival, we cover any important details prior to starting. If a customer chooses to not be on site (vacant properties, estate properties, etc.), pictures will be taken before and after to document progress. There are no locked in contracts; service is flexible. Payment is due upon completion of service. An invoice will be emailed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
13+ years managing land and making value-add improvements. I have experience with excavators, track loaders, and grading so I can manage large projects as well as smaller projects. Very detail-oriented.
