Our sewer drain backed up on (of course) a Saturday evening, and our normal plumber/drain people couldn't make it out until Monday. Not great. This is a notoriously bad situation to be in because there are some really bad actors out there (you know who I mean).After some looking around, we found Gopher -- who were able to sent out a tech that night. An hour later, Nelson was there, with the largest drain snake I have ever seen in my life.He did an outstanding job, and a thorough one. Even after the drain started to work again, he sent a camera down and realized there was a still a batch of roots he hadn't quite gotten. He fully re-snaked it to get them, and two-ish hours later, it was all working again.We paid a bit of a premium to get this done on a weekend night, but it wasn't as much as I thought. And, there were no upsells or anything like that.I would absolutely hire these guys again. (But I hope I don't have to.)

Nelson is a pro, and it’s great to hear he took the extra step with the camera to make sure everything was fully cleared—not just a quick fix. We also know weekends can be stressful (in more ways than one), so it means a lot that you felt everything was fair and straightforward with no pressure. We’ll pass this along to Nelson—he’ll really appreciate it. And while we also hope you don’t have to deal with this again anytime soon, we’ve got your back if you ever do!
