- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always provide clients with a fair market price for the work. I also offer discounts to regular clients and those referred by other customers. Additionally, if a client decides to add extra work while I’m already on-site, I always complete it at a significantly lower price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start, I discuss the entire scope of the work with the client. If there are opportunities to reduce costs, I always suggest them to save the client’s money and time. Afterward, I complete the work and confirm whether the client wants to add anything else.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before I started working as a handyman, I earned a higher technical education in mechanical engineering at university. After that, I worked for three years as a design engineer.
