I am from Mexico, where I have opened 2 Spanish tapas and seafood restaurants, the first in 2005, called Diagonal, and the second, Co.Lateral in 2010.
I have been a co-host on the Fox Ultisima home cooking show, Sabores de Familia, since 2008. I also just filmed scenes on the third season of Su Vida Mas Simple that just aired this summer.
I moved to Minnesota in January, and am looking for clients who would like a personal chef! I like to prepare healthy, fresh meals and snacks to suit any dietary needs. My specialty, of course, is Latin American food and seafood. I also clean kitchens and houses, providing my clients with the in-home service they need.
