Jason was helpful and easy to work with. Update, March 2019: We hired Jason to help with a installing a large diameter roof vent, and while he was on the roof he applied sealant to a couple leaks we've been struggling with in winter (only during large snow melts). Knock wood but we've had no trouble this year! Really appreciate the value and service we got from Jason.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?All bids come with a simple price that covers both materials & labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will set up a time to meet with the building owner. We will come out and do a no cost roof inspection, take photos and discuss the owner's options and preferences. Finally, we'll come up with a bid or a couple of bids for the owner to choose from.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Warranty certified training from Conklin. Advanced roof systems training from Conklin.
