- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All bids come with a simple price that covers both materials & labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a time to meet with the building owner. We will come out and do a no cost roof inspection, take photos and discuss the owner's options and preferences. Finally, we'll come up with a bid or a couple of bids for the owner to choose from.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Warranty certified training from Conklin. Advanced roof systems training from Conklin.
