- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give an estimate so that clients see what I am thinking, but I am a time and materials craftsman. My rate is currently at $65.00 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk on the phone to get a sense of the project dream they want to achieve. Then schedule an appointment to get a better look. I try to educate each client keeping in mind their experience in the home renovation world. After I get a full picture of the project, I then provide an idea of costs and time to complete it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Entrepreneurial Business with an emphasis on Architectural design
