I had an issue with my York outdoor AC unit that two other technicians failed to diagnose, but Michael from Grubers came out and did an absolutely outstanding job.He identified the problem, explained everything clearly, and got our system running smoothly again.Michael was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I had a great experience working with Mike on getting a heat pump installed! He was willing to take time to answer my questions and encouraged me to ask more. I also appreciated that I was talking with the person who would be doing the job from the start. Mike was the only person who pointed out that I would qualify for a lower electrical rate after installing the heat pump out of the 3 quotes that I got, which I appreciate. Definitely give Mike a call for any HVAC needs!!

I needed help with my a/c. Mike asked me some good questions and got into contact with me to see what the issue could be. He was punctual, very nice, and had a good attitude. He checked things out and found out what was wrong, explained things to me, and asked me my preference on how to fix it. Overall, he was professional and knew what he was talking about, which made me very comfortable and happy with his service. I know I got a great deal! I'll for sure be contacting him in the future if I have any other problems!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $140 for the first hour and then $100 an hour after the first hour is completed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I have a new customer, I try to gather as much information about the issue that is occurring. It's important to understand what's going on prior to servicing so that I can be prepared and hopefully have the parts or items I need so that I can fix things right away. It is my aim to do a great job, so being prepared is important to me as well as making my customer happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Hennepin Tech with 2 year associate's degree in commercial and residential HVACR (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration). I have over 10 years of experience working with HVACR services for commercial and residential work.
