I had a great experience working with Mike on getting a heat pump installed! He was willing to take time to answer my questions and encouraged me to ask more. I also appreciated that I was talking with the person who would be doing the job from the start. Mike was the only person who pointed out that I would qualify for a lower electrical rate after installing the heat pump out of the 3 quotes that I got, which I appreciate. Definitely give Mike a call for any HVAC needs!!

I had a very difficult situation to install a mini split system in an earth berm house. Mike was up to the task going thru reinforced cement to mount the internal units. Great job Mike!

I cant say enough about the incredible service I received. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he provide a clean install but he also provided his vast knowledge of HVAC. Install was knocked out in half a day and everything is operational as intended. Thanks again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $150 for the first hour and then $100 an hour after the first hour is completed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I have a new customer, I try to gather as much information about the issue that is occurring. It's important to understand what's going on prior to servicing so that I can be prepared and hopefully have the parts or items I need so that I can fix things right away. It is my aim to do a great job, so being prepared is important to me as well as making my customer happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Hennepin Tech with 2 year associate's degree in commercial and residential HVACR (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration). I have over 10 years of experience working with HVACR services for commercial and residential work.
