Building ponds and waterfalls is an art. Imagining the end result of the bubbling waterfalls, the birds coming for a bath and a drink in the stream, how the fish will explore the clear water in the pond when the evening low voltage lights highlight their bright colors, and the joy of watching people and their guests enjoying their backyard pond is a small portion of the fun. Creating art on the canvas of a yard and paint of rubber and rocks is amazing.
It may be hard, it may hot in the summer, but we absolutely enjoy turning unused/overgrown landscapes into something beautiful.

I just bought a new house with a lovely waterfall in the backyard, built by the previous owners. Shortly after moving in, it stopped running. Jeff did a great job cleaning up our pond and waterfalls! We can see the bottom of the pond now and the fish swimming around the plants and their cave. He was friendly, professional and took great care of the koi while the pond was cleaned.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everybody's yard is unique, so it's hard to give an exact price for custom work. For box prices, we start installing up to a 6 foot pondless waterfall or $4500, and a starter 7x10 pond for $6500.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive info that you're looking for help with a project. Then we ask that you send us a picture of the area if possible and your address so we can look at your property a map website. Then we'll schedule a call that's convenient for both of us so we can discuss the project, what your requests are, how we can make it work, and determine if we're the right fit. After that, we'll decide if we need to come out, or if we can just fix the problem for a pre-arranged price. Depending on design, products used, and difficulty, there may be other items that vary from this list.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend pond industry seminars to stay up on the most relevant, new, and best ways to keep ponds clear.
We also have our Power Limited Electrical license, so we can legally work on your low voltage lighting, irrigation, and any other low voltage applications you need.
