Tim's Hardwood Floors
Introduction
I sand and finish hardwood floors. It usually takes about 3 days, depending on the size of the floor. The first day I come to your house, I start stripping all the old finish off your floor, getting all the scratches and dings and dents out, if possible. Then, about 3 hours later, we put a coat of polyurethane on which takes about 6-8 hours to dry. Then, we come back the next day and do a light buff job and add another coat of polyurethane. There will be another 6-8 hours of dry time and do the same thing on the third day which would be the final coat. When it's all said and done, your floor will look like new.
