FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very dependent on the needs of each individual client. For example, if the client plans to have their home fully packed and ready for us to load into they can dramatically reduce their moving expenses, whereas if they need their home fully packed and then loaded and moved their expenses will increase. There are several other factors that may increase or decrease a client's expense's as well, such as the number of stories in their home, whether they need their belongings simply unloaded in their new home or staged, and the size and weight of their furniture.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive a request for a bid, we like to reach out to the potential customer to determine their level of need for their upcoming move. We take into account several things when putting together a bid for a client. First, and in our opinion most importantly, we determine the wishes of the family. Do they plan to have the home 100% packed and ready to be loaded, do they have scheduling limitations, do they need their home packed, what is their time frame, and do they have any demands that need to be taken into account when moving their home. Secondly, we like to discuss all of the available moving packages with the client to ensure that we can meet their needs with the physical move, as well as their budgetary needs. Lastly, we guarantee million dollar service. When we arrive at your home, our employees will be dressed appropriately, they will speak courteously and act respectfully during the entire process, and your belongings will be treated with delicate care and dignity. Our employees will work quietly in your home, and will ensure that your home is left clean and organized.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been providing very small town and family moving services for just under a decade. We have worked with non profit organizations, and I have managed loading and unloading operations in the backroom of the world's largest retailer. Additionally, we have worked with the United States Armed Forces in their overseas equipment loading operations during the drawdown of US forces in Iraq, one of the largest equipment moves in the history of the United States.
