He came out on the start of a very hot week. The temp was in the 90's. I was half thinking they would postpone because the of the outside temp or because there were probably more serious cases popping up (our air was working but needed to be cleaned and have a failing capacitor replaced). They kept me up to date on where they were. They asked if they could come later because of the issues other clients were having otherwise they would have come out anyway. It was no problem for me to have them come later. He was very friendly and courteous and did the job. Our air was working much better afterward. They also we less expensive than others.

We called Calvin at Covenant Heating & Cooling after another vendor said there were problems with our A/C that needed immediate repair. Calvin called back immediately and came to our home the next day. He checked everything thoroughly and found there were no issues, and would not charge for his time. He also told us he would be happy to return when the weather is warmer to make sure all is well! We are so impressed with him and would certainly offer more stars if we could!

Furnace stopped working on a 30 degree night and Calvin was at my house at 11:30pm to fix the problem. Need a part came back the next day when he said. He was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Our furnace went out early Saturday AM. I contacted several techs that day. Only Calvin got back to me, willing to meet the same day (and not wait until Monday). It was extremely chilly out (0-10 F). He had to come from a long distance. But he worked hard to figure out the problem. Although Calvin is relatively new to the profession, he is not reluctant to involve highly experienced techs while keeping costs reasonable and within budget. These qualities will help Calvin go far in this business. He doesn't pretend to be a know-it-all. But he also strives to do the job right so that the problem is truly resolved. I respect that. In 2, 3, or 4 years, his services will be in high demand as he gains the knowledge/experience to be a top tech. Get in on the ground floor and establish a professional relationship with him.
