Tru Concrete Concepts installed a garage apron and fixed a step that was sinking. They had to do some extra work on the step, but still followed their quote. They were professional and had everything done quickly. It's been less than a month, but everything looks great. ThanksAug 27, 2018Verified
Reid and his crew did an excellent job with two projects on my site, driveway and patio. They were very accommodating to every request I made, and I am not easy to please :) I found their prices very reasonable, and I did shop around. The quality of work is top notch, I am very happy!Sep 14, 2018Verified
Concrete Repair and Maintenance
I had a small project, remove sunken garage apron and a damaged portion of the garage floor and replace. Plus install a small pad next to garage for trash and recycle cans. Reid took time to show me an issue he came across with the original work and explained his solution. The area was well cleaned up too. I am very happy with the work that was done.May 2, 2018Verified
I had a wonderful experience with Tru Concrete! They were professional, on time and the quality of my cement slab is great. I will use them again for other upcoming projects !May 9, 2018Verified
Reid was very friendly, professional, relaxed enough to joke around a bit & yet took the time to answer my numerous questions. Definitely kept me up to date as the weather kept delaying things. Overall, they were wonderful to work with!Oct 12, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Each project is unique and requires an on-site estimate to give the customer the most accurate qoute. I am very competitive in pricing and my prices are hard to beat. I try and save the homeowner money that they really don't need to be spending.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We like to speak with the customer to get an understanding on the scope of the job. During that we would then set up an on-site estimate to better understand what they are looking for. We can then discuss stamps, colors, and anything else they have questions on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an Associates in Business Management and have been trained in all aspects of Decorative works including stains, antiquing, stamping, and shake on color hardeners.
