- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please note my rate is $40 per hour for both online and offline one-on-one lessons. You may choose to do 45minutes for $30. I respectfully decline less than 45 minutes lessons. I am currently located near Rochester MN. (If I need to travel to where you are, I may ask extra depending on distance) Online lessons are as effective as offline lessons. So, don't worry! Please don't hesitate to start learning!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My customized online one-on-one lessons will be conducted by video chat (Skype or Google Hangout) and your study content will be provided through Google Doc/Slides for every classes. :) No need to buy text books!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First of all, I am already proud of you for starting this amazing journey of learning Korean. You will have so much fun! Please work with teachers who speak and write perfect and accurate Korean. Too many teachers tend to have have weird accents or bad grammar which they don't even realize. If you like K-pop, K-drama and other cultural aspects of Korea, I will personally make study materials based on your interest, so you can have more fun during the lesson.
