What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Full Remodel: The first meeting is complimentary. After looking at your project, a bid and scope of work will be presented. If we are hired to do the remodel, we offer up to 3 complimentary designs and assist you with product selections if desired.
Cabinets only: A layout and design are provided with the purchase of cabinetry. We offer 6 different cabinet lines from stock to custom to accommodate any budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation which includes discussing the scope of the project, budget, measurements, and photos. Then an estimate of the project cost is presented. If an agreement is reached, the design process begins, and finally implementation of the design.
