Chad was punctual, professional and put in a really competitive bid for framing, insulating and hanging drywall in our garage. He was very responsive, answered all my questions promptly and was even able to complete some additional electrical work we had. I am happy with the finished product and would use him again

Only wish I could have run the wires before the door was inserted. There wasn't time for this due to an extra unforeseen wire that needed to be rerouted and I did not have the 220V wire for it.

It was such a pleasure working with Chad and the CML team! They removed adhesive on our brick exterior and it is flawless! Not to mention the great shutters they installed for us as well! We would like to thank Chad and his crew for the fine work they did with our siding project and the renovation of our deck. We have a standard pricing algorithm for each service. Pricing depends on factors such as distance, scope, square footage or land grade, window size, degree of disrepair, etc.
With all estimates that we do is a free service
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients it's very easy and quite simple. We first obtain basic information, perform a free estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We operate a professionally run business, and education and training is a very important part of what we do everyday. Our education involves intensive training from all of our material suppliers. VSI certified installer classes on installing vinyl siding, LP (SmartSiding) class room training, AAMA certified window installation training, and etc. With new products always changing this is an important factor to keep up with.
I also hold a IIRC Certification in Water Restoration
