Chad's overall business decorum is so far beyond par-it's outstanding. It's hard to find a contractor to arrive ontime, let alone early! He was there each day he said he would be, and worked so hard for my husband and I. We had a PROJECT. Chad fixed the foundation of our deck, in addition to fixing under our sunroom. He is kind hearted, and responsive. He even wrote us a deckrepair report to put in our disclosures for when we sell. Chad will be the only individual we use going forward for any kind of deck or construction work.

Chad did a great job with our deck. We are thrilled with how it turned out and have received numerous compliments from our neighbors. Chad was punctual, professional and put in a really competitive bid for framing, insulating and hanging drywall in our garage. He was very responsive, answered all my questions promptly and was even able to complete some additional electrical work we had. I am happy with the finished product and would use him again

After speaking with several contractors in my area I went without Chad/CML construction. He is extremely knowledgeable and had a creative eye to help me build a deck as well as expand/open up the wall to my kitchen. He was very responsive to all my questions and completed excellent work. I highly recommend CML construction!

We have a standard pricing algorithm for each service. Pricing depends on factors such as distance, scope, square footage or land grade, window size, degree of disrepair, etc.
With all estimates that we do is a free service
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients it's very easy and quite simple. We first obtain basic information, perform a free estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We operate a professionally run business, and education and training is a very important part of what we do everyday. Our education involves intensive training from all of our material suppliers. VSI certified installer classes on installing vinyl siding, LP (SmartSiding) class room training, AAMA certified window installation training, and etc. With new products always changing this is an important factor to keep up with.
I also hold a IIRC Certification in Water Restoration
