ESC did a fantastic job on our garage floor and patio area. They did extra little things to make sure we were satisfied customers. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking into floor coating projects.

We hired ESC last year, to come out and coat our 2 car garage, and it turned out great! We had received several quotes, but they were the most reasonable for what we wanted done. The crew was very professional and made sure we were satisfied with the finished product. Dan has reached out several times since completing the work, making sure everything is still holding up and we're satisfied. Great group!

These guys truly care about workmanship and customer satisfaction. Our shop floor was horrendous after 50 years of auto repair. Elite came in, prepared the floor and applied the coating color and texture of my choice. Look's awesome and is so durable. Amazing job, Elite!

DO NOT TRUST ESC IN YOUR HOME! I hired ESC to coat part of my basement floor, and it was the single worst decision I've made as a home owner so far. All interactions with ESC management prior to the day of the job (discussing the scope of the job and scheduling etc) were totally good and normal, which is why I was shocked when I looked in my basement after the coating had hardened. A thick layer of concrete dust covered every single surface in the basement and up the stairs, including in adjacent rooms whose doors were shut. If you don't have experience with concrete dust, you're lucky. The stuff is very fine, super-absorbent, nasty. It can't be vacuumed with normal equipment due to its particle size and accompanying respiratory hazards, and wiping merely spreads it around. I burned out the motor on my vacuum trying to clean a carpet in one of the adjoining rooms. Not only the dust, but there were several errant streaks of the coating material around the house, including on two doors and a wall. On top of that, the crew knocked over one of my LED lamps from the ceiling, didn't hang it back up properly, then applied the coating over top of the hanging chain that had come off when lamp fell..... I found the chain, encased in epoxy, a few days later, in the next room where it had been thrown. They never said a word about it. Pure amateurs.Several weeks now after the job, even the areas I've cleaned feel disgusting to the touch. ESC ruined my basement with their negligence. I don't see a way out of this short of a full professional cleaning.I reached out to Dan at ESC about what had happened and was deeply disappointed by his lack of concern over the terrible job his crew had done. He offered $100 off my quote "to make this right". Not even close, bud. I've sunk four hours into cleaning already, and I estimate I have another 6 hours, plus my vacuum broke. And no amount of money can bring back the peace of mind that I've completely lost. This was supposed to be part of my dream woodshop - I haven't even gone down there in two weeks because it's so depressing. When I pushed back more, he hardened his stance, pointing out a clause in the quote (which I never signed) that his crews will take reasonable effort to contain dust, which he claims releases him from any responsibility in this matter. I'm sure that 95% of people, when showed evidence of ESC's dust containment efforts, will not agree that they meet the basic definition of "reasonable". Here's some evidence of how little care they were taking with dust collection: while they were grinding, I got a call from my home security company that my smoke detector, on a different floor of the house, had been triggered, by the dust apparently, since there was no fire. That's how bad it was. Not reasonable at all. This will be the basis of legal actions I'm in the process of bringing against ESC. I refuse to be taken advantage of.By the way, large amounts of dust everywhere aren't necessarily a consequence of doing a job like this. In December, I hired a different company to coat a different part of the floor, with a very different result. Due to a mistake I made in the early days of home ownership, this crew had to grind away about 200 pounds of concrete from the floor prior to coating. They left only a tiny amount of dust. When you have the proper experience, equipment, and attitude, the dust can be easily contained. I honestly have no idea how ESC could have messed up so badly. They won't admit any wrongdoing, however.
