Then I build a program specifically for them that will cater to what they want and what they are needing ! Not only with workouts, but with nutrition. I also focus on keeping them motivated and keeping there Eye on the Prize with constant contact through out each week! Seeing my clients reach there goals. It truly is an amazing thing to help someone that has wanted this there whole life believing there dreams, there goals are unobtainable and yet I show them the way and Get them to Bust there Booty and them reaching that End Goal is so Fulfilling to Me!

I started training with Chris twice a week back in December 2016 to slim down, regain my athletic body that I used to have when I was active in high school and college sports), and maintain an overall healthier lifestyle. Training sessions run about 45 minutes long and Chris does an excellent job accommodating to your schedule to ensure that it works with your lifestyle. Coming into personal training I was concerned that I would be injured or pushed too hard to due a knee injury sustained in college playing rugby. In the past with other trainers I have re-injured my knee due moving too quickly with leg days and not giving my knee the proper attention. In the three months with Chris, NOT ONLY has my left leg (injury leg) almost caught up in muscle size compared to my right leg- I have sustained ZERO injuries or irritations to my knee thus allowing me to push my body farther than I have in 4 years. Chris also personalizes all of his sessions to accommodate his clients needs and goals and takes the time to write different plans for people. I will be sticking with Chris until I reach my goal fully and past that to ensure I looks and feel the way I want to. I would recommend Armstrong Fitness to anybody that wants to invest in a healthier life, OR wants to accomplish a fitness goal that potentially has plateaued.

Chris Armstrong is an excellent trainer. He is personable, skilled, thoughtful and pleasure to work with and talk to. He knows when and how to push you. Chris has been my personal trainer for more than 3 months and I have seen amazing results in that time. He understands my goals and helps me push past my perceived limits to get results. Chris places a high value on correct form with each exercise. I have incredible energy, my strength and stamina has increased immensely and I have increased my muscular strength. If you are serious about changing your life for better, Chris will lead you in every way.

Chris is an excellent well rounded personal trainer. He is very passionate about what he does and very caring about each individual person he works with. Not only does he provide a good work-out routine (in the gym and homework) but he also provides powerful insights on nutrition to help you get to your goals. Several times I was struggling with life itself so he took the time and talked through these items with me to encourage me, keep me moving forward and keep me motivated with my fitness goals during those hard times. He does a great job providing a wide variety of work-outs so your never bored. Over the past year, I have yet to do a work-out with him that is the same. He has intense hard calorie burning workouts, heavy weight lifting workouts, and area focused workouts that are tailored to your specific goals. Being a tennis competitor I have had to wear a knee brace for the past 4 years. With his strength training program, and working through my knee injuries I have been without a knee brace for 4 months now! On top of that I'm quicker on the court and can really jump up and take tennis balls out of the air for a more aggressive play. Recently I became sectionals tennis champion and am a national qualifier for the Indian Wells tournament. He has gotten me to my goals and so much more! Hands down best personal trainer out there! Extremely recommend!
