We apologize for any inconvenience experienced with this potential client. Although we do respect people's time and property, in everything we do, Frank was running late from a prior appointment and did not remove the shoes due to his shoes being clean and the floors were tile. From our perspective Frank left the appointment at the point the client was becoming argumentative with clarifications he was trying to get to understand the scope of the job better. This client needed more of a handyman for the way they seemed to want this project done. There were things we noticed were not to code and when we tried to ask questions to understand certain things, is when the client became testy and argumentative. Instead of continuing in that manner we decided to leave, understanding this client would work better with someone else. We are licensed General Contractors that take pride in not only our high standards and high quality work, but our customer service as well. This review is clearly portraying an unfortunate example of someone who would not have appreciated us for who we were. We have many more reviews on here that are portraying us for who we are and the pride we stand behind, and many more to come.
