Jim came out in April to do a last minute home inspection and did an extremely thorough job. He was very flexible with us given that we changed our appointment time several times and was affordable. He was very professional and personable and took the time to sit down with is to go over the repairs and an efficient way of doing them. We know we can look to him if we need anything in the future.

I didn't go through an inspection due to extenuating circumstances, but Jim was EXTREMELY accommodating and was able to fit me in VERY last minute. I will definitely call on them again.

Please don't waste your money and hire Jim right now! We had 3 different inspectors (Jim being the last) on 3 different properties and the first guy was average and the second guy was horrible, my mom would've been a better inspector. I wish we would've found Jim earlier! Jim was awesome, his report was thorough and I loved that we got the report right when he was finished with it on site! He really REALLY knows his stuff and I will be recommending him to all family and friends that are in need of an inspector. His availability works well too as he let us do an afternoon appointment (5pm) so my husband could get off work to come! We ended up buying the house that he inspected and I feel very good about it knowing that he really gave us a full understanding of any problems and how stuff works and where it is located.

Everything went well, he was also more than delighted to walk us through everything. Being first time home buyers really helped. He explained everything well and even drew pictures, took pictures and showed us examples.
