Art and his team were top notch! Not only did he install a great back door in my old 1918 home, he added an awning also! As I got to know his skill set and that he was a general contractor, I had many other projects that needed attention. He cleaned, insulated and drywalled our garage, he added drywall and adjusted all our electrical and plumbing in our laundry room to finish that space, and put in a custom built-in cabinetry around our refrigerator. His team caulked around our windows, filled in gaps in our stucco and more! His communication was excellent, and his pricing was very fair. I highly recommend Minnesota Builders for your project big or small!

Art is one of the best carpenters I've ever worked with. He was very responsive and answered all my questions. What I thought was just going to be an initial consultation visit turned into him fixing my problem (misaligned doors/doorframes) right then and there. He did everything super fast and fixed everything good as new. He even offered to help me with a separate project I need to address. Very satisfied customer here, and I would highly recommend Art for your carpentry and handyman needs.

They were very responsive when figuring out dates and the type of project to be done. Even when snags came up in the installing process, they were able to finish the project. It took a couple trips to store and more time than was expected, but they stayed and finished the job.
