To clarify, for the trial I did apologize for the scheduling mix-up both when it happened and again in person, and we were able to reschedule right away. On the wedding day at the Chaska Arboretum, your hair appointment itself was set for 12:00 p.m., with my arrival at 11:30 a.m. for setup. I arrived just after noon due to traffic at the Arboretum entrance, but began services at your scheduled time. When I arrived, you were still having your makeup done, so the schedule was moving smoothly and you weren’t late for anything. As soon as I was safely able, I responded to your text. Regarding your style, I never rushed your service. You were the second to have your hair done, which allowed time to complete other preparations before you put on your gown. I also stayed after you were dressed to retouch and secure your hair with pins. After you put your dress on, both you and your photographer noted that the beading on your gown was catching in your hair, which caused some curls to loosen. I carefully went back in and redid sections to make sure your style was polished and secure. During the trial, I also mentioned that the venue can be hot and humid, which can affect curl hold, and encouraged preparing fans for that reason.
