FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is based on the costs to cover the overhead it takes to stay in business, to operate legally in the state we have to have a contractors license, then each persons individual license, business insurance, workmans comp insurance, vehicle insurance, 8 hours a year per employee continue education, tools updating etc. We prices each project based on the employee qualifications needed for the project, the less technical person required (Apprentice) is less cost (In Minnesota it is called a Non License-License), a required license person on the project is more then the Apprentice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1)Introduction by a phone call about the project. 2)Verbal agreement by both that it is a project we are capable of completing and in the time fame requested, then we would want to review the project plans. 3)If no plans are available then a site walk through is agreed to be completed for free, where we bounce ideas off on stands that can be followed to make the project run smoothly. 4)We put together pricing based on the prints or walk through that was completed with the products that meet the price points that were discussed. 5) Project is then commenced and reviewed as much or as little as you the customer prefer. 6) When project completion is achieved we do a finale walk through to make sure everything is or has been installed like was originally discussed on the prints or documents.
