Had Justin come in and refinish some floors in my house during a remodel. He was not only extremely helpful for what type of finish for the flooring would look the best but he was also very good at establishing a timeline for when the work would be started and completed and had zero issues sticking to that timeline. I will be in the future recommending him to all of my friends and family. He truly does a great job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and competitive. I am not the cheapest guy. But just like anything else you get what your pay for. I have a general price structure but it varies from job to job depending on the layout, finishing product used etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an in-home consultation with the customer to help define the scope of the project and create a timeline that works for everyone.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check reviews, look at photos of past work, and don't hire based on price. Wood floors are something you will see and use everyday make sure they are done right the first time!
