Grissel is very friendly and personable. My bride's hair looked fantastic, and was exactly what she wanted. My bride's makeup did not look fantastic. It was not just the quality of the markup, but that it was not what my bride wanted or asked for. She wanted a natural, minimal, simple look, we both did. I was surprised to see her walking toward me, looking like she was ready to go on stage, with a lot of makeup that did not suit what we were thinking. So, friendliness = 5. Hair = 5. Makeup = 2. Skill is one thing, but listening to what the client wants is another. Take this for what you will.

Regarding the makeup, I always work directly with my clients to ensure they’re comfortable and happy with their look. On the wedding day, I asked your bride several times if there was anything she’d like to adjust, and the only change requested was her lip color. She confirmed she liked the result, and her daughter also mentioned how much she loved it. I completely understand that makeup can sometimes feel different if it’s not something you wear often. I appreciate your feedback, and I’ll always continue to listen closely to my clients’ wishes to make sure they feel confident and radiant.
