I've been my client's advocate since 1997. The experience of over 3100 satisfied customer's inspections, on a wide spectrum of both style and eras of construction, has resulted in a very accurate report. My simple checklist report handily serves as a prioritized project list. Most importantly the client receives the report immediately upon completion of the inspection. American Society of Home Inspectors Certified Inspector since 2003. The vast varieties of architectural styles, From 19th century to modern , it continues to fascinate me. I sincerely take pleasure informing people regarding a property's specific systems and their condition.

As an investor finding a property that was listing via a bank institution, knowing and having used Bell's Home Inspection Service, Mr Bell traveled over 200 miles round trip, in continued phone contact with photo's of the problem's quickly halted the inspection, as to major problem's with problem's such as mold mitigation, electrical and plumbing serious problem's, reverse drainage filling the crawlspace, and major roof, rafter problem's extending the expensive of repairs surpassing the value of the property for resale or as a rental...in another case, Mr Bell was contracted to inspect a property in Lakewood for a friend of in which is an attorney, inspected a $350,000 home and he found a minimium of problem's concerning an electrical outlet and a minimium problem of requiring a radon mitigation system...so the pro-bono is that BHIS is Denver's Best home buyer's secret...

Unfortunately, the deal on the house that I was purchasing fell through. I had scheduled Mr. Bell for a home inspection. He was so very kind and knowledgeable. When I actually do find a home I will surely call him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing of the inspections goes off of the total square footage of the home and the location.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a few questions for the potential client to help me help them with what they need. I answer any questions and address any concerns that the client may have about the home inspection process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through ITA school of home inspecting. They were bought out by Kapllan Schools. Through ASHI (American Society Of Home Inspectors) I received my certification and we are required to do a minimum of 20 hrs. of continuing education every year.
