Pre Purchase Home Inspection
Unfortunately, the deal on the house that I was purchasing fell through. I had scheduled Mr. Bell for a home inspection. He was so very kind and knowledgeable. When I actually do find a home I will surely call him again.Apr 20, 2016Verified
Michael is a top level inspector. His report was thorough and detailed and he made sure I understood all of the issues and notes. Highly recommended!Apr 1, 2016Verified
Mike and his wife showed up on time and did a very thorough job. He noticed several electrical issues right away which I assumed I would be problematic since the house is older ('56) . He explained how they could be remedied and he answered all other questions we had about the property easily and directly. Definitely recommend him for your home inspection.Jun 25, 2016Verified
I hired Michael for an inspection on short notice. He was on time, professional, and explained clearly what could use fixing. I have no complaints.Mar 26, 2016Verified
Michael inspected a 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom condo (1185 square ft) built in 1935. He arrived on time, was very professional, thorough, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would recommend him highly.Jul 19, 2016Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The pricing of the inspections goes off of the total square footage of the home and the location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I have a few questions for the potential client to help me help them with what they need. I answer any questions and address any concerns that the client may have about the home inspection process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I went through ITA school of home inspecting. They were bought out by Kapllan Schools. Through ASHI (American Society Of Home Inspectors) I received my certification and we are required to do a minimum of 20 hrs. of continuing education every year.
