- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We may not always be the cheapest contractor, but we genuinely don’t aim to be. Our pricing is based on the tasks we need to complete to provide you with the best product and service possible, not on speed or cost-cutting. Furthermore, we never feel offended when a customer requests us to match a competitor’s quote or informs us of their budget constraints. Although we cannot guarantee every agreement, we consistently strive to remain competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always have a thorough discussion about what to expect, ensuring that we’re both on the same page throughout the project and with the final results. Every customer is unique, with varying levels of experience in the construction industry. Some clients require more education on the process, while others are already well-versed in it. It’s crucial to make sure your new clients feel comfortable, confident, and secure in working with us, as this is essential for building a strong relationship, which is our ultimate goal. We strive to be the last painter you ever work with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been immersed in the painting industry for the past two decades, working full-time in it. This extensive experience has honed my skills and enabled me to deliver high-quality products. However, with the years of experience I have, I’ve come to realize that we never truly know everything. Therefore, I’m constantly adapting and improving.
