- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge the event host an hourly fee for live caricatures, which are then FREE for all the guests in attendance to be drawn. Our rates are very competitive and our talent is second to none. Also, we are currently offering a 10% discount for events 4 hours or longer!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask each client fill out an online questionnaire (who, what, when, where, etc.). A quote is given based on what the client is looking for and any questions that may arise are answered. An event contract is then sent for the client to review, sign and return. We also establish their payment preference, usually by check or credit card. On the date of the event, we will show up early to start drawing on time and will draw non-stop to get as many people drawn as we can. Once completed, we will pack up and discreetly escort ourselves out to not disrupt the remainder of the event.
