- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At the time of booking, I require a $100 deposit to hold the spot of the session with the remaining balance due the day of the session. For weddings, I require a $750 initial payment to hold the date of the event with the remaining due 14 days prior to the event. Clients can use PayPal, credit card, or check to pay their invoice. All of my quotes include the fully edited photos in a personal online album where clients can download the photos or purchase prints or large wall art of canvas, metal, or mounted prints.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted, I make sure there to do everything possible to schedule clients within their window of wanting a portrait session. I also like to get the clients' creative ideas on what they want in each session and then combine that with my creative ideas to capture the best moments.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Photography has always been a love of mine - from learning with my mom's camera to finally saving up enough to buy my own camera in middle school. My love and joy for photography has continued to grow and now I'm excited to share my passion of photography with you!
