I started thinking about doing something with my gutters about 2 years ago. After I found water in my basement. My dad told me it was probably because my roof pitch was so “steep” that when it rained too hard it overflowed the gutters. So I watched during a hard rain storm it was pummeling on my front stoop and that was the side of the basement that I found the puddle on! So I started looking and had a few big names come out and give me estimates but they were so pricey and tried to pressure me to sign something that day, and thats just not how I do business. For a whole year after we basically gave up and I had my dad put up some bigger plastic gutters hoping that would do the trick. They ended up constantly needing maintenance. Fast forward to last week and I got a flyer in my mail about a gutter company that does free quotes and advertised not doing a high pressure sales pitch. I had just walked through a stream of water above my front door when I went to get my mail and that was it. I decided to give it one last try and I am beyond glad that I did! These guys came out and were so polite and professional, they made sure they picked up all the mess they made, and the gutters they had were huge! Plus I felt so bad it started raining on them and they just kept working to get it done and i was just so impressed. These guys really did a great job and the gutters look great compared to that plastic i did have and no more water in the basement!!!! You guys are rockstars, my dad will be calling soon for his house. I highly recommend having these guys out for any of your gutter needs!

I had a representative from DualGuard come out to look at my gutters to take advantage of their free inspection . I had them to out to see why I kept seeing a water fall going over my gutters every time I walked out my door. They were extremely informative and answered all the questions I had. They provided multiple options on how to handle my situation. After all the companies I had look at it they were the only one that cared about how I wanted to handle my situation. They allowed me to take things at my own pace and didn't try to twist my arm to do things same day. I ended up deciding to have them doing the work. I am beyond grateful that I did. They answered all of my questions and provided me with anything I need through the whole process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing anything with their gutter system. I am fully confident in recommending them because they truly tailor the whole process towards what I wanted and are not having to stick to their process. They are highly professional, personable, and reasonable!

The guys at DuelGuard were awesome! The workers are the owners, and they care very much about how their work turns out, and it doesn't break the bank! All four owners came to make sure we were taken care of and happy. Highly recommended.
