They were great communicators, showed up when they said they would for both the bid and their install. We required insurance and license documentation for our HOA - all of which they willingly and promptly supplied. New gutter looks great! They were attentive to leave the yard as clean as they found it and cleaned up after themselves

After finding water in my basement, I needed gutters fast. I always get 3 quotes, and DualGuard was the first to show up. Chance was professional, straightforward, and actually listened to my budget instead of trying to upsell me. He gave me an on-the-spot quote that was less than half of what I expected, so low I thought it was a mistake. Other companies quoted me triple the price for smaller 4” gutters, while DualGuard installed 6”. Chance kept me updated by text, showed up with his crew a week later (in the rain), and did excellent work. The gutters look fantastic. I even offered him extra work on my old gutters, but instead of trying to pad the bill, he cleaned and checked them and said they didn’t need replacing. It’s rare to find contractors this honest, responsive, and skilled. I’ve worked with a lot of companies and DualGuard is easily the best.
