FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge reasonable, fixed fees that depend on the nature and complexity of the offense. After speaking with you about the case, I will quote you a fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, I will speak with a client on the phone in a free consultation. I will assess the case and advise the client about his or her options. I also will quote a legal fee. If the client is interested in hiring me, then we will discuss the case further on the phone or in person. Then, we agree on the legal fee and its payment terms in a written retainer agreement.
