Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I've been practicing massage therapy and bodywork since 2006. While I have been trained in a variety of modalities, my passion is in chronic and acute injury/pain, fascial work, and providing a customized massage experience that suits each client's needs. I've worked in a variety of settings including a chiropractic office, performing chair massage in a Las Vegas poker room, high end luxury spas, and smaller massage and spa businesses as well. I love the variety of clientele and services I get to provide as a massage therapist. From simple relaxation (Swedish, prenatal) to rehabilitative measures (deep tissue, sports, and structural bodywork), I find the power of human touch to be an incredibly useful tool aiding the body back to homeostasis. I look forward to working with you to meet your own needs as well!

Massage Therapy

Elizabeth gave my elderly mother a massage and she LOVED it!! My mother has been getting massages for 40 years and said "that gal really knows how to give a massage, she is one of the best I've ever had!" My mother had a knee replacement and Elizabeth used a tool on her knee to help with the scar. When booking the appointment she was responsive and listened carefully to my needs for my mother who is in an assistive living apartment and uses a walker. She was prompt and professional, bringing her table and wearing a mask. My mother and I definitely want to use her again!

Massage Therapy

Hired Elizabeth for the first time 11/10/19. She was easy to schedule with and showed up exactly on time. More importantly, she gave me a great massage. I have been getting professional massages regularly for more than 30 years. I’ve worked with many other therapists. Elizabeth was quickly able to focus in on the areas that needed the most attention. Most therapists usually need a few sessions before they really get familiar with a person’s individual preferences and needs. Elizabeth got it right away with me. I will definitely be hiring her again.

Massage Therapy

One of the first massages I’ve had in years. Elizabeth was extremely flexible and made a last minute appointment work into her schedule. She explained what she was doing, made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk with. I will be hiring her more in the future. Thank you Elizabeth!

Elizabeth is one of the most effective massage therapists I've ever met. Her techniques were effective not only on recent neck injuries from a car accident but also on repetitive stress areas I didn't even know I needed work on. She is strong and gentle and excellent at deep tissue work. She listened to and honored what I needed and was overall very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. I found significant reduction in muscle pain after a massage from Elizabeth and will definitely be seeing her again.

Massage Therapy

Elizabeth was very responsive to messages, was very professional, and easy to work with. The massages for both my wife and I were spot on. She listened to both of our needs and tailored the massages accordingly. I’m writing this the next morning and I can see the benefits with increased range of motion with twisting and in my upper back. Highly recommended and will book again.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing includes travel within reason, I'm willing to go further out for some extra gas/time money, but it depends on traffic and distance. Also, parking fees are extra if I'm downtown or another location which requires paid parking. Because parking fees vary so much with events and times of the day/days of the week, I cannot give a general cost in my pricing. I have a few massage partners that I can perform couples massage with. There is no discount for two massages massages when bringing along another therapist, but if I can do the massages back to back, a $15 discount applies to the subsequent massage(s). I am open to doing several 30-60 min massages back to back (for girl's night in or other get-togethers), contact for pricing.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It's important to find out what the goal of the session will be. I like to inquire about how a client uses their body as well as what areas they want focused on or even avoided (don't like the scalp done? ticklish feet?). I also need to know about any major health concerns, injuries/surgeries, and allergies.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I completed a one year program at Nevada School of Massage Therapy in 2006. We studied swedish, injury, shiatsu, acupressure, craniosacral, hydrotherapy, russian sports massage, sports massage, and a few other modalities. Since then, I've taken some extra courses to enhance my therapy and I personally consider getting massages from a variety of practitioners to be a great learning tool as well. I recently got my degree to be an Occupational Therapy Assistant and am currently working on my bachelor's in Human Biology with hopes of becoming an Occupational Therapist after that. I'll still continue to massage, of course!
