- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically give a free consultation where I cover everything from medical history, goal setting, and nutrition. Before I prescribe any exercise routine, I assess the individual from head to toe and provide a stretching session in order to paint a picture of their current fitness level and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have acquired a varied number of certifications over the years: a national pt cert., corrective exercise, reebok stretch, pre/post natal, reactive neuromuscular training....
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father died of a heart attack when I was 19. He had some bad habits, and I vowed that would never be me. After being on the extreme end of fitness as a competitive bodybuilder, I found out the amazing capabilities of the human body, and couldn't wait to share my knowledge and empower others.
