- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge sales tax according to Minnesota State law from our location in Hennepin County. All of our quotes are tailored to each client’s specific needs and we always do our best to provide the most affordable price without compromising on quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we assess their needs and recommend the best service(s) that fit their situation. Then we provide them with an affordable quote and schedule a time and day for us to come out to their space. We ensure that we have all the materials needed to perform the job successfully. We take great care and respect people’s space as if it were our own. We leave it as clean as when we got there, but now with a beautiful centerpiece.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 5 years of experience and have built hundreds of pool tables during this time.
