What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You get an exact quote before you book, with no walkthrough required or hourly meter running. Pricing is based on the size of your home and any extras you select, so the amount shown at booking is what you pay.
Recurring customers automatically receive 20% off weekly cleaning, 15% off cleaning every two weeks, and 10% off cleaning every four weeks, starting with the second cleaning.
Available add-ons include cleaning inside the refrigerator, oven and cabinets, as well as interior windows, walls and laundry.
Your card is authorized the day before the appointment but is not charged until the cleaning is completed. An invoice is emailed after every service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Book through our online booking page. Provide your ZIP code, bedroom and bathroom count, preferred date and any add-ons to receive your exact price.
2. We confirm the appointment and review important details such as pets, parking, property access and priority areas.
3. Before the appointment, your card is authorized and you receive your cleaner’s name and expected arrival window.
4. Your cleaner follows a written checklist covering the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, dusting, vacuuming, mopping and surface cleaning.
5. Afterward, we check in and email your invoice. If something was missed, our 100% Re-Clean Guarantee means we will return and correct it at no additional charge when notified within 24 hours.

Evergreen Cleaning Services Twin Cities uses a system-based approach. Every cleaning follows a written, room-by-room checklist instead of relying on what someone remembers that day.
Our cleaners are background-checked and bring prior professional cleaning experience. They are trained on Evergreen’s checklist, service procedures and quality standards before receiving assignments.
