- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked on clients with various types of issues, most commonly those with neck, upper/low back tension/pain. My work is deep tissue, which, when combined with certain stretches, results in loosening muscles in a short period of time. I also utilize Chinese cupping, heated stones, and suggest stretches that can help one keep the muscles lengthened, resulting in continuing pain relief.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I feel that massage is a very personal service, where both technique and personality should be considered. Massage offers many modalities; I would suggest researching these, decide what your goals are, then try various therapists to see what you feel is the best "fit".
