My experience with this moving company has not been good at. They left my place in Winona before I was ready for them to go to my new place in Caledonia. They forgot a few things, but didn't seem to care. I have some things missing, remote for my tower fan, my 2 phone chargers, tweezers 2 from my bathroom.... also a ceramic Christmas statue that can not be replaced or fixed. I believe that I am entitled to be reimbursed for the things that are missing and or broken. You also charged me alot more money than you quoted me at my apartment in Winona. I believe that I entitled to receive back the money that you charged me, over your quoted amount.

My guys did a wonderful job considering she hadn't even packed up half the items. Which is why the job took longer than quoted.
