I got looks and bids from 4 other plumbers to finish my new bathroom and tackle a tougher problem in difficult area under concrete. All of them wanted to avoid the latter (or charge $600+), and they bid high on the finish work. John was 100% confident on my issue, and it came to $150. Done to perfection.
