I called Dj's Home Services because our air conditioner went out recently on a hot, humid day. The gal who answered the phone was kind, listened well, and was able to accommodate me due to my hectic work schedule. The technician, Andy, was on time, very knowledgeable and informative. He found the issue that led to my call in a very timely manner. He presented me with multiple solutions to fix my ac problem. My air conditioner is 10 years old, and his solutions addressed the immediate issue, which was one option, with the other options addressing other areas of my ac system that showed wear and tear. I've used other companies before and I always felt like I was being "sold" something. I didn't feel that one bit in this case. I could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about, he gave me the low down on everything I needed to know about my system and made it very easy to make a educated decision as a homeowner who knows absolutely nothing about hvac. With everything he presented me, it was easy and obvious to make my decision, which was to have DJ's Home Services Install a new air conditioner. I was even more pleased and happy with DJ's when I was told they offer financing, with a 0% option. Though I have the money in the bank, I'd much rather use someone else's money than my own, and with 0% interest it was a no Brainer in my book. So job well done DJ's Home Services, I will most certainly use them again and recommend them to my family and friends!!!!!!!
