Devin responded to my request on thumbtack to remove an old hot water heater and replace a new one literally within 2 minutes. He was out here the same day. There was a complication with some old pipes, and he found a very inexpensive plumber to come out and replace the pipes within a few hours. My new gas hot water heater was installed and running perfectly in my 100 year old home with very old pipes in one day. I couldn't be happier. Additionally, the end cost was less than 1/3 of what my estimates were with the big named plumbers. Truly top notch service and value.
